Dominik Zaum est maître de conférences en relations internationales à l'université de Reading, au Royaume-Uni. Il est l'auteur de The Sovereignty Paradox : The Norms and Politics of International Statebuilding (2007), coauteur de Selective Security : War and the United Nations Security Council since 1945 (avec Adam Roberts, 2008) et coéditeur de The United Nations Security Council and War : The Evolution of Thought and Practice since 1945 (avec Vaughan Lowe, Adam Roberts et Jennifer Welsh, 2008).
