Ebuka Okoli

Ebuka Okoli is a graduate student and teaching assistant at the School of Communication at Illinois State University. As part of his unique approach to developing the next generation's minds, he sees his students as prospective captains of industries and relates with them as such. In his first semester, Okoli helped produce a promotional video for the School of Communication internship program, which has been shared across different social media platforms.

As a volunteer and alumni of the McKinsey & Company Forward Program, he has co-facilitated virtual workshops and hosted welcome webinars impacting over 4,000 individuals across more than 65 countries. Okoli volunteers as a coach/tutor in a middle school program in his spare time. His main areas of research interest are ethical leadership, strategy development, organizational development, and transformation
